01.Acceptance & Service Description
By accessing or registering an account on SellFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. SellFlow provides a SaaS automation platform enabling merchants to connect AI sales agents to WhatsApp and e-commerce platforms.
02.Fair Use & Meta WhatsApp Policies
Usage of WhatsApp Cloud API integrations must comply strictly with Meta's Commerce & Business policies. Unsolicited spam, misleading marketing, or unlawful commerce are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination.
03.Third-Party Integrations (Google & Meta APIs)
SellFlow provides seamless integrations with third-party providers including Google (OAuth sign-in & Google Sheets sync) and Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API). By utilizing these features, you agree to comply with the respective third-party terms of service. You may disconnect or revoke API permissions at any time via your SellFlow settings or your Google Account security panel.
04.Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis following your 14-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click directly inside your billing settings.
05.SLA & Limitation of Liability
SellFlow strives for 99.9% platform availability. We are not liable for transient disruptions originating from third-party networks, Google API rate limits, or upstream Meta API scheduled maintenance.
